Overnight Oats or Oats in a Jar










Ingredients (fills one jam jar)

1/3 plain porridge oats
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp ground almonds
1 tbsp flaked almonds
1 tbsp yoghurt or soya yoghurt
2 tsp homemade blackberry jam or any homemade berry jam
10/12 blueberries or frozen blueberries
milk, soya milk or almond milk
a sprinkle of golden linseeds

1. Mix all the ingredients apart from the milk in a large jam jar and slowly pour in milk until it forms a reasonably thick consistency (roughly 2 tbsp).

2. Place the jam jar (lid on), in the fridge overnight, and eat for breakfast in the morning. You can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
